Kidney disease is a frightening condition that people associate with dialysis. Not all kidney diseases lead to dialysis and many conditions can be cured or, at least mitigated, to prevent or delay the need for dialysis. Our mission is to provide personalized care for patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, hypertension, end-stage renal disease and post kidney transplant care.
